Jubilee and I have just taken the time to rest, spend time with family and serve in our local ministries in the music department, as well as serving at other churches on a monthly basis leading their congregations in worship, touring locally across Southern California when time permits. With all of this happening and doors opening for opportunities to lead worship, we have decided to record a worship album that is due for a summer release in 2008. This album will feature old hymnal greats and original music and different genres that have blessed us throughout the years.
More events have been added to the tour page (myspace events) at imisi.com, again Thank You for your prayers and support over the years. We pray that you and your family are blessed this Christmas and New Year.
Blessings, David and Jubilee Fohe

'IMISI PUSHES FORWARD:
After completing 50 days worth of recording and mixing over a four-month period,'Imisi has been extremely busy lately doing last minute preparations and pre-promotions for the launch of their second album with Lion of Zion Entertainment. The album will feature a total of 16 tracks including the title track "Forward" in Spanish and the rootsy "Israel" in Portuguese. 'Imisi has performed a host of shows over the last few months and people are getting hyped in anticipation for the release of "Forward".
In early April, David and Jubilee joined Mark Mohr, Avion Blackman (of Christafari) and the Lion of Zion staff for seven days of Gospel Music week in Nashville, Tennessee. It was a very successful trip. More than 3,000 gather each April in Nashville, for this premiere annual gospel music convention. The event attracts a diverse group of industry segments including artists, radio, retail, managers, agents, promoters, and industry. Everyday the LOZ crew paraded around GMA with bright red, gold and green GOSPELREGGAE.COM T-shirts passing out the latest issue of the Ultimate Gospel Reggae Guide along with promo T-shirts, Lion of Zion radio samplers and pre-releases of our "Forward" album. The response was very positive and the Gospel Reggae genre was all-the-buzz around GMA.
No GMA is complete without an artist showcase. 'Imisi and Avion Blackman performed two showcases in Nashville and one show in Alabama. At the Nashville Publicity Group showcase, they shared the stage with Bryan Duncan, Kevin Max (dcTalk), Michael Sweet (Stryper) and members of Petra. ‘Imisi closed their set with a stellar performance of their title track "Forward", alongside Christafari's Mark Mohr. Papa San was also in attendance at GMA this year sporting a bright yellow GospelReggae.com T-shirt! He gave an energetic performance of songs from his new album "Real and Personal" at the Monday night urban showcase. 'Imisi and the Lion of Zion crew were there waving their rags in support of this legendary artist.
In addition to the performances, 'Imisi and Avion did their fair share of Media interviews for major radio and television shows. They will join Christafari next week for a trip to North Carolina for the taping of the Steel Roots Show (for the Inspirational Television Network) and a live performance of their debut single.
'Imisi's Forward album is now available. You can order the album from GospelReggae.com or download the album from Gospelreggae.com and receive 3 free bonus Dub songs, or from other quality download sites.
